Shipping terms and conditions
Ahera ships worldwide using different carriers but mostly the Hong Kong Post.
We use Hong Kong Post in order to deliver our products worldwide.
Deliveries in Hong Kong takes between 24 and 48hours from the confirmation of your order, from Mondays to Fridays.
Your phone number is mandatory to ensure the receipt if you selected the delivery at your personnal address.
We will not be held responsible for any drawing out in the delivery time (namely because of strikes, loss or deterioration of the parcel) which is given on an indicative basis only. If this delivery time happens to be longer than initially scheduled, you cannot ask for a refund (partial or total).
Delivery time for customized products (embodied caps, printed masks and t-shirts) will be longer because of the time needed to print the custom garments - Minimal Order quantity 200 pieces per products, color and per size.
Considering the high number of visitors on our website, the high demand on some items and our stock update service, items might exceptionally be already sold when you order them.
Orders placed between Friday noon and Sunday evening are checked on the following Monday morning. Please note that the order confirmation only confirms that we received your order.
Shipping to Europe and North America is also made with the Hong Kong Post. Delivery time is between 10 to 15 working days, depending on the country and services chosen.
Disclaimer: We do our best in order to avoid them but custom fees might be applied depending on the delivery country reglementation. You have to consider those when placing your order and Ahera will not bear those taxes.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs depend on the total amount of your order and the shipping zone.
When confirming your order, you will see the delivery options if the delivery address is based in Hong Kong and the fees will be clearly indicated and written on your invoice.
For Hong Kong deliveries, there are HKD 30 shipping costs for any order which total amount is below HKD 270. Shipping is free from HKD 270.01 purchase.
For overseas countries, shipping fees are HKD 50 for purchases below HKD 270. We offer worldwide deliveries for orders which amount is above HKD 270.01.
Delivery tracking
To track your parcel and if this one is delivered to a European country, please check the Track my order section and indicate your Hong Kong Post tracking number (which is emailed to you when we ship your parcel).
