Exchanges and Returns policy

You have thirty (30) days from the date on which you receive the parcel to make a withdrawal. Here are the steps you have to follow and the conditions of acceptance.

Terms of acceptance:

  • A thirty days period after the delivery of the parcel

  • The product must be brand new, neither worn or used, in its packaging with labels on it.

  • Masks are NOT echangeable or returnable due to health and safety issues, even if brand new in their packagings. 

If these three conditions are respected, please follow the steps below:

1) Send us a mail in order to tell us why you would like to return the product: ahera@aherafitness.com;

2) Pack the item(s) with original packaging and invoice;

3) Ship the item(s) back to us (address mentioned in our reply mail).

If your return complies with those conditions, you will get a refund of the amount of the item (s) (and initial shipping fees unless there were other items in the order that you keep, in that case, the initial shipping fees will not be refunded). 

The refund will be made on the credit card you used for the payment when we receive the goods, if those are in perfect shape, in compliance with the conditions listed above. The refund will appear on your bank statement at the same date as the one on which you placed the order (ex: you placed the order on the 15th of July, you were debited on the 16th, then you return the items on the 25th December, we refund you on the 36th, it appears on your bank statement on the date of the 15th of July).

Once you get this refund, you can, if you want to switch the item with another one, order the item on the website.

After this thirty-days period, we will not take any item back (unless there is a production issue on it, please go to our Warranty Service section if this is the case).

Observations:

  • Customized products cannot be returned (unless there is a production issue on the products)

  • Only the items bought on www.aherafitness.com can be sent back via the online return process. Items that have been bought somewhere else - products bought at a retailer or during a trade show  - cannot be returned.
